Richard J. Chagnon, M.A.
Richard specializes in the areas of career decision-making, leadership development and talent management. He has over 30 years of experience in guiding people towards productive careers and organizations, including small businesses, towards high performance. He is an experienced coach, and is highly creative in guiding leaders and their teams to a clearer understanding of their strengths, while addressing their critical development challenges.
Lucille T. Chagnon, M.Ed.
Lucille is a lifelong educator and a career consultant having taught a graduate course in Career Counseling at Temple University. She directed Rutgers University's Urban Literacy Program in inner-city Camden, NJ for eight years. She taught Developmental Reading for the Education Department, and for ten years she taught learning-to-learn and writing strategies to underprepared college students. She is the author of three books: Easy Reader, Learner, Writer; Voice Hidden, Voice Heard: A Reading and Writing Anthology; You, Yes YOU, Can Teach Someone to Read: A Step by Step How-To Book.
